Susan Ireland

Following a BFA in painting in Chicago and graduate study in lithography in Albuquerque, NM, She worked in concrete and ceramic sculpture in San Francisco and then in New Orleans. Currently she is painting in enamels - combining figures, words, and geometric designs to create compressed images of insistent patterns.
