Shawn Hall is an interdisciplinary artist and painter with a history of experimentation and collaboration. She has been an artist-in-residence at School 33 (Baltimore, MD), LMCC (NYC), 18th Street Art Center (Los Angeles), and the Santa Fe Art Institute (NM). Solo exhibitions include the Ogden Museum of Southern Art; Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans; Wolfson Gallery, Miami; G.U.M+D, Dallas; Red Arrow Gallery, Nashville, and The Armory, West Palm Beach, FL.
Hall's work has been reviewed nationally in Art Papers, New Art Examiner, Hyperallergic, and Pelican Bomb, and is in the permanent collection of the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and Linklaters Corporate collection in NYC, as well as numerous private collections in the United States and Europe. Her paintings are currently represented by Cole Pratt Gallery in New Orleans.
