Kenneth Holditch is professor emeritus at the University of New Orleans. An expert on both the city of New Orleans and Tennessee Williams, he is the editor of the Tennessee Williams Journal, and co-editor, along with Mel Gussow, of the Library of America edition of Williams’ writings. Kenneth collaborated with Richard Freeman Leavitt on Tennessee Williams and the South and The World of Tennessee Williams. He has authored three books on New Orleans,In Old New Orleans and The Grandissimes, and with Marda Burton,Galatoire’s: Biography of a Bistro. He created the Tennessee Williams literary walking tours here in the French Quarter.
