Kathleen Loe (b.1953, Franklin, LA) is a multi-media artist and art writer, living in New Orleans. Her work explores the erotic nature of anticipation, often inspired by darkly ironic themes from Flannery O’Connor. Over scale frocks are used as a metaphor for the secrecy and precariousness of our human relationships. Her work can be found at Octavia Gallery in New Orleans, Whitespace Gallery in Atlanta, and Gallery 1point618 in Cleveland.
