Ben Diller received his MFA in 2002 in Studio Art from the University of California, Davis, and Cynthia Giachetti received her MFA in Studio Art from Louisiana State University in 2007.
Diller and Giachetti have been active artistic collaborators since 2009, with exhibitions at Project Row Houses and Contemporary Arts Museum (Houston, TX), Bellevue Arts Museum (Seattle, WA), Contemporary Arts Center (New Orleans, LA), Louisiana Art and Science Museum, and LSU Museum of Art’s Uniquely Louisiana exhibit, which was nominated as one of the top university shows for 2012. Their latest project is in 2016 at Westminster College (Salt Lake City, UT). Diller has been an artist-in-residence at the Sculpture Space (Utica, NY), Vermont Studio Center (Johnson, VT), and with Giachetti at Project Row Houses.
Diller has received grants from Southeastern Louisiana University (Hammond, LA), Louisiana Division of the Arts, Ohio Arts Council, and Contemporary Arts Center (New Orleans, LA). Currently, he is an Instructor of Art & Drawing Coordinator at Southeastern Louisiana University. Giachetti is an Art Instructor at Baton Rouge Community College. They are both represented by Ann Connelly Fine Art.
