The Contemporary Arts Center is excited to announce that SWEETARTS 2020, our premier annual ball, will take place Friday, October 30, 2020, 7:30pm–10:30pm at the home of Kira and Michael Whitaker located at 1633 Dufossat Street. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Contemporary Arts Center.

Event Chair Jane Cooper and Executive Director George Scheer have reimagined SWEETARTS 2020 as an elegant evening where the theme of CHANGES: Into a Radiant Future, will be revealed in phases of epicurean delights, visual exploration, and original immersive musical performances by Aurora Nealand, free feral, and Tiffany Lamson.



SWEETARTS is a 36-year tradition and honors exceptional leadership in the arts community. In keeping with its legacy of recognizing artistic leaders, the CAC will honor the following contributors to the art community of New Orleans.
