The Birdfoot Festival marks the ten-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina with Waterlines, a series of events that explore the visible and invisible marks left by the storm and what these marks mean to us now as a community. In this event, local poets, writers, and spoken word artists respond to the legacy of Hurricane Katrina and envision the future of New Orleans.
Join us for happy hour before the reading, starting at 5:30 in the CAC's SPUN Cafe.
