Gamil Nassar (b. New York) is a multidisciplinary artist who addresses issues surrounding identity by exploring the psychology and sociology of time and place in a fragmenting analog world, displaced by digital means. Nassar’s world travels and former in homes—in places such as Moscow, Russia, Copenhagen, Denmark, Munich, and Germany—have informed his creative process and subject matter. He works across a variety of mediums that include fine art, film, music, photography and design. Nassar lives and worked between New Orleans and Philadelphia. His work can be found in national and international private and public collections. Learn More:
