Clear & Sweet is a National Performance Network (NPN) Creation Fund Project co-commissioned by the Contemporary Arts Center in partnership with Bates Dance Festival, Carolina Performing Arts (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill), New York Live Arts, On the Boards, and NPN. The Creation Fund is supported by the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, Ford Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts (a federal agency).

Alongside zoe | juniper, participants explore musicality, and the visual and physical metaphors in both improvisational and structured forms.

 

Clear & Sweet was commissioned through the National Performance Network's Creation Fund. Lead funding was also provided by the New England Foundation for the Arts' National Dance Project, MAP Fund, 4Culture and Seattle Office of Arts & Culture. Zoe also received a Guggenheim Fellowship for her work with Clear & Sweet.
