CAC Summer Arts Camp
The CAC Summer Arts Camp ignites campers imaginations with classes in Music, Visual Arts, Digital Arts, Theater, Culinary Arts, and Dance. Our camp is an inclusive, safe-space that values each camper’s unique experience and perspective. Come have fun and explore your talents!
This year our camp’s structure will allow for deeper engagement and specialization. With 90 minute classes and three art disciplines for each session - Digital Arts and Design, Visual Arts, and Performing Arts - campers will have the opportunity to work with our staff of professional artists at a more advanced level. Take a look at what each unique session has to offer!
The new Digital Art and Design program will give our young artists the opportunities to explore the artistic territories of the digital realm - from photography and GIFS, to film and animation. Our community partners New Orleans Video Access Center and Dancing Grounds, will also bring a new level of expertise and unique resources to our workshops.
Join us to celebrate and view the artwork at our Friday Showcase each week!
