Les Gitans is a modern day fairytale about immigration, segregation and integration.
Mother Mistral, a natural disaster, is sweeping across the universe. The Shanoa Nation—a community deeply connected to the earth, nature, rooted, live off their rich land by farming and bartering with neighboring villages. Les Gitans left their demolished homeland, traveling far and wide in search of the Shanoa region, the only place untouched by
Mother Mistral. Scrappy and scavenging, their connection to technology and invention enabled them to survive as nomads, forging ahead in hopes of building a new life for their people. These two communities are as different as Black and White and their meeting inflames uproar and feuding. Mother Mistral however is rolling near, and Shanoa Nation will be the last hit. Will they all be abolished forever or will they set aside their pride, learn to work and live together in harmony to save humanity?
