These bodies of work encompass revealing the inner wounding and struggle to find humanity after war, the emotional connection/disparity between father and daughter with focus on the effects of love, trust, understanding, faith and disappointment, and an exploration of the unique intersection of race, gender and sexuality, within the complicated perception of identity.

Artists performing in this production include: Aminisha Ferdinand, Catherine Caldwell, Chanice Holmes, Edward Spots, Jeremy Guyton, Kehinde Ishangi, Kesha McKey, Kristal Jones, Millenique Brown, Polanco Jones Jr., Jalissa Roberts, Randall Rosenburg, Shangobunmi McAlpine, Teddric Matthews, Frederick “Hollywood” Delahoussaye, Monica McIntyre and the KMDP Youth Performance Ensemble.
